Safe home for Women and Children who are in safe custody
Women and Children who are in conflict with law or in contact with law whenever, in any manner shall be placed in a certified institute or safe home as per the Shishu Ain 2013 and Nari O shishu Nirjaton Domon Ain 2000. To this end the Government of Bangladesh has established 6 centers in 6 divisions of Bangladesh. The women and Children who are facing any trial are to be placed in those homes to keep them away from traditional onset of prisons.

Service Delivery Process
When a Court gives a direction about taking a woman and Child in safe home, then it is the duty of safe home authority to maintain his or livelihood. The authority looked into their protection, care, maintenance, education, health, vocational training, Counseling etc. to integrate him or her in the mainstream of the society.
